60- minute individual session: $200

Sliding scale available upon request.

Counselling sessions with me are in-person or on-line and the fees are the same for both options.

Payment is due at the time of the session. I accept cash, e-transfer, and Paypal (which accepts credit cards).

Please note that coverage for counselling with registered social workers is not covered by all health benefit plans. Please check with your insurer; you will need to pay up front and be reimbursed later if possible. Invoices and receipts are available upon request.

Counselling with me is covered by Blue Cross, the Canadian Armed Forces, Veteran's Affairs Canada, the First Nations Health Authority, and the Crime Victim's Assistance Program.
